UBS AG has continually increased the number of IT apprenticeships in recent years and is currently training over 250 ICT apprentices. A central element of the training at UBS AG is the close cooperation with the various front and back office units. It is equally important that the apprentices receive a broad education in the various fields of technology in order to be well prepared for the ICT professional world. The training at UBS AG is based on real projects, promoting agile project management and the direct application of the skills learned.
Professional training is deeply rooted in the DNA of UBS and is reflected in a wide range of offers and support programmes for ICT apprentices and employees. Every year, the strategic direction of professional training is reviewed and further developed, with apprentices actively involved.
