Short description

At Leuchter IT Solutions AG, we offer practical, versatile and future-oriented ICT training. From the very beginning, our trainees work on real customer projects across a wide range of industries and technologies. Instead of purely laboratory-based training, we encourage active participation, personal responsibility and learning by doing. Whether in the ServiceDesk, with customers or in internal workshops such as our Brown Bags – knowledge is shared and developed together.
Thanks to a coordinated training plan, self-study time and targeted support, apprentices can systematically build and deepen their specialist knowledge. We also provide financial support for further training and certificate exams. In addition, we enable participation in events such as the Young Talents Hackathon or SwissSkills in order to promote talent in a targeted manner.
Our vision ‘Innovate IT together’ and our mission ‘Learn every day, use leading technologies and build great solutions for our joint success’ are the foundation of our training culture – characterised by appreciation and curiosity about our environment and the latest technologies. Whether at the annual apprentice weekend we organise ourselves or through early involvement in real projects, our apprentices develop not only professionally but also personally. With us, apprentices get an authentic working and learning environment, develop a real passion for ICT and the curiosity and joy to help shape the future.

Jury Statement

Leuchter IT Solutions AG is a long-established company that has been successfully investing in its own ICT training for decades. Its ongoing commitment is reflected in the steadily growing number of apprentices. The jury commends the company for actively involving apprentices in specific projects, allowing them time off work for independent learning, supporting alternative training paths and promoting dialogue on an equal footing with all levels of management, for example in brown bag sessions.
