Short description

As a training company for computer scientists EFZ specialising in application development, we focus on practical, responsible and individual training. We are currently supporting three apprentices on their way into the professional world. Our goal: they should not only work with us, but also actively help shape our company.
A key element of our training is early involvement in real customer projects. Our apprentices take on responsibility in their first year of training and grow through specific tasks. A particular example of this is the website www.selektionsverbund-ict.ch, which an apprentice in their first year of training implemented independently using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The site serves as an information platform for school pupils who want to find out about ICT careers at an information evening. After the event, the apprentice analysed, reflected on and further improved the website together with an experienced developer.
The apprentices not only receive technical support from the team, but are also encouraged in their personal development. They are actively integrated into sporting leisure activities and encouraged and supported in private technical projects.
We are convinced that the quality of vocational training does not depend solely on the curriculum, but above all on commitment and cooperation within the company. That is why we invest time, trust and enthusiasm in our apprentices.

The company has deep roots in the region and is strongly committed to promoting the training of local talent. Particularly noteworthy is its clear focus on training, which prepares apprentices specifically for a particular professional environment, giving them the best possible start to their careers.
