ICT Education & Training
Short description
With our application for the ICT Education & Training Award, we want to highlight our practice-oriented training model. into technologies AG, based in Chur, currently employs 16 people, including 10 ICT employees and 2 apprentices.
As part of our training model, we place great emphasis on practice-oriented learning and the promotion of individual talents. Our apprentices are specifically involved in real projects from the outset, enabling them to gain valuable practical experience and continuously develop their skills. Placing trust in our apprentices and treating them as equals is what sets our company apart.
We want to support our apprentices not only on a technical and professional level, but also on a personal level. They are given internal responsibilities to encourage their initiative and sense of responsibility. With the support of their vocational trainer, they plan their own tasks and schedules.
